TRAINING: Keep the beat: Bring a song
Last week we scored, and our archers have done EXTREMELY well with the "training" all month, then Scoring on the third weekend.
The previous weeks mental focus training, with initial visualization, followed with multi dissident, conflicting songs, played simultaneously, then adding car horns and alarms, all helped put the centered focus back into the hands of the archer.

This week we will review timing with the aid of a song you like that you can keep in your head for beat.
Much like a drummer, you can control the rhythm of your shot sequence. Consistency = repeatability = tighter results.
